IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ONLINE BOOKING:

• Never attempt to book an appointment for yourself with someone else’s ID# & password.
• Review the service choices on our web site first so you understand the service you are requesting is what you want.
• A credit card is required to be on file for all spa bookings to reserve a spot on the appointment schedule.
• CANCELLATIONS: Appointments cancelled 24 hours or less prior to the appointment time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service amount; NO SHOWS are charged full value of the service.
• CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES, once booked, must be made directly to the Spa Concierge by calling (949) 429-5757 during business hours. Please provide your booking confirmation number when contacting the concierge.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTERED ONLINE BOOKING CUSTOMERS:

• Click on the link to Online Booking below.
• Type in your personal Client ID number and password you received during registration.
• Use this time to UPDATE your client file (address, email address, phone #, password).
• Click once on the “Book Appointments” tab.
• Follow the steps on the screen by choosing the type of service you would like to book for yourself.
• Choose the therapist you would prefer to see, and the date you would like for the service.
• To book more than one service, type in the maximum amount of time (in increments of 15 minutes) you are willing to wait between your services. If you prefer no waiting time, simply type in the number zero in this field.
• Choose the earliest and the latest times you are available to come in for your appointment.
• Click on “Find Available Appointments.” This feature will search all available appointments based on the criteria you provided. Select the appointment that works best for you by clicking the circle next to the appointment date and time, or modify your preferences if no appointments are available. Then click “BOOK. “ Your booked appointment will be confirmed on the next screen, along with a confirmation number.
